A NEED TO TALK
There are many experiences in life that at times leave us emotionally overwhelmed. We are left feeling drained, despondent, filled with tension, confused and stressed. Talking things through can be really helpful.
Whatever caused the grief in the first place has not necessarily changed, but simply unloading with someone can drain off some of the anxiety and this can bring much needed relief.
The benefits of talking are not apparent to everyone. As we talk, we express feelings and thoughts, perhaps for the first time, and we are now on the path to finding solutions;
